Cutting-edge technologies for efficient and sustainable management of water networks.
Reducing water losses is one of the main challenges in managing water networks, both to limit waste and to preserve a precious resource. Aquanexa offers innovative solutions based on TALR (Trenchless Advanced Leak Reduction) technology, a system designed to identify and repair significant leaks without the need for excavation and certified by the Ministry of Health (DM no. 174/2004).
TALR technology repairs main pipes and connections up to the user meter and allows a real reduction in both multiple and distributed leaks, up to user connections, with same-day interventions lasting between 4 and 8 hours, without excavation and low social impact, with effective cost savings.
How does that work? The patented PIG Train sealing material, the basis of the TALR technology, is injected into the pipes to be repaired. The PIG Train automatically identifies leaks and repairs them (even in user connections), sealing them permanently.
The residual PIG Train is collected in a special filter and, once dried, disposed of as non-polluting waste.
This method allows for fast, non-invasive and highly precise interventions, thanks to the use of advanced technologies such as acoustic correlators, repair robots and special coatings for pipe restoration.
TALR is an ideal solution for urban contexts, where the impact of operations must be minimized, and guarantees reliable, long-lasting and environmentally friendly results.
